Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tabeej ("tabeej", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tabeej online casino and sports betting platform available at https://tabeej.app. These Terms apply to all services offered on the tabeej platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, fish shooting games, and all associated financial transactions processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
By creating a tabeej account, logging in to the platform, or placing any wager — regardless of whether you have read these Terms in full — you are considered to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all clauses contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the tabeej platform and must not register an account.
tabeej reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, tabeej will notify registered players via account notification or email. 1.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. tabeej reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when a reasonable doubt arises regarding a player's age. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
1.2 Account Registration
To use tabeej services, you must register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. Each individual may hold only one active tabeej account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances held pending investigation. tabeej reserves the right to apply a permanent ban on any player found to have violated the single-account policy.
1.3 Restricted Jurisdictions
tabeej services are intended for players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Players must ensure that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction before registering. tabeej makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than those in which we operate. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation in tabeej services is lawful in their location.
1.4 Account Information Accuracy
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your tabeej account promptly. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
2Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tabeej accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. tabeej will make reasonable efforts to notify players of any significant changes to supported payment methods.
2.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): ৳500
- Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳1,000
- Minimum withdrawal via mobile financial services: ৳500
- Minimum withdrawal via bank transfer: ৳2,000
Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed within the tabeej cashier section at the time of the transaction. tabeej reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion.
2.3 Processing Times
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the tabeej account within minutes of a successful transaction. Withdrawals to mobile financial services are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed; delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
2.4 Player Funds
tabeej maintains player funds separately from operational funds. Your tabeej account balance represents funds held on your behalf and is available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms. tabeej does not pay interest on account balances. If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, tabeej reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
2.5 Fraud Prevention
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-fraud screening. tabeej reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of a national identity document (NID), mobile banking transaction reference, or bank statement — before processing any withdrawal. Where fraudulent activity is suspected, tabeej may freeze the account, withhold funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
3Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 General Bonus Terms
tabeej offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible game restrictions, and expiry deadlines. The full terms applicable to each individual promotion are published on the relevant promotion page within the tabeej platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your tabeej account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary; slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while certain live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms.
3.3 Bonus Abuse
tabeej employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, using low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors in the platform. Where bonus abuse is identified, tabeej reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.
3.4 Promotional Changes
tabeej reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
4Betting & Gaming Rules
4.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on tabeej — including cricket matches covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the tabeej platform. tabeej reserves the right to void bets where a match is abandoned, postponed, or where odds were published in error. Settlement of bets is based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.).
4.2 Casino Games
All casino games on tabeej use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytable information are available within each individual game interface. Disconnection during a game round does not void a bet already placed; the round will be resolved according to standard game logic and the outcome recorded on the tabeej server will be final.
4.3 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue that affects a game or betting outcome, tabeej reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. tabeej is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues, device failure, or browser incompatibility.
4.4 Maximum Winnings
tabeej may apply maximum single-session or single-bet winning caps to specific games or markets. Where applicable, these caps are displayed within the game or market interface. Any winnings that exceed the stated cap will not be paid and the excess will be forfeited without further recourse.
5Account Conduct & Prohibited Activities
As a condition of your continued access to tabeej, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Using the tabeej platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including using the platform for commercial gain, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
- Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the tabeej platform's servers, databases, security systems, or source code through any means, including automated scripts, bots, or third-party software not expressly authorised by tabeej.
- Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in any game or market; any such exploit must be reported to tabeej support immediately.
- Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your tabeej account to wager on your behalf.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at tabeej staff or other players via the platform's communication channels.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities at tabeej's sole discretion.
6Responsible Gaming

7Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
7.1 Limitation of Liability
tabeej provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tabeej disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. tabeej does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall tabeej be liable to any player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the player's use of, or inability to use, the tabeej platform — including losses resulting from betting outcomes, game results, technical malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account transaction, bonus, or any other matter, you must contact tabeej customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. tabeej will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of tabeej's dispute resolution team shall be final and binding in all matters relating to platform operations, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility.
7.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described above shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts. tabeej makes no representation that the platform is compliant with the laws of any specific jurisdiction and it remains the player's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
8Privacy & Data Protection
tabeej collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering a tabeej account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. 9Amendments & Account Termination
9.1 Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the tabeej platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 9.2 Account Closure by Player
You may request to close your tabeej account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may not be returned.
9.3 Account Suspension or Closure by tabeej
tabeej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false registration information; (c) suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (d) receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider; or (e) any other conduct that tabeej reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties. Where an account is suspended for investigation, tabeej will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the affected player within a reasonable period.
